After School Art Club: October 9th - All Eyes on Me Halloween Picture Frame and Watercolor - In the After School Art Club, we will be creating a spooktacular Halloween picture frame, as well as a haunting crayon resistant watercolor painting! You can frame your artwork or capture your Halloween night!!!

Registration Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE            

As the parent or legal guardian of the participant, or the participant if older than 18, I understand, accept, and voluntarily incur all risks of any injuries, damages, or harm which may arise during or resulting from my participation in the activities, regardless of whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other fault of Arts Place, Inc.
