Hot new workshop offered at the Arts Place! Yes, the workshop on Pyrography or "fire art" is literally HOT. During this workshop participants will learn about the tools, techniques, and uses of pyrography that go beyond the term "woodburning", along with samples, demonstrations, plus an opportunity to create your own pyrography art item to take with you. l Come awaken the inner "fire writer" that resides in you, passed down from ancient times to fan the flames of your own creations.

Projects to make and take: necklace, keychain, bookbag pull, luggage tag, or ornament.
